"I moved to GA and moved my insurance to Dr. Lace Whitten agency. I’ve been with State Farm for 15 years now. She incorrectly input my car VIN information twice. The second leading to my car being impounded for a weekend. She failed to notify me of these issues despite her having the information. As I sought to resolve the issue, she refused to take any accountability or compensate me for her mistakes (a total over $800 and 7+ weeks). My last two calls with her she attempted to blame me for the whole issue and then yelled at me over the phone. I strongly advise avoiding this office both on a professional and interpersonal level."
